Goso is a Moroccan delivery app that connects users with restaurants, stores, and couriers. We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery services. These terms govern your use of the Goso user app.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
You can place orders for food, groceries, or other services listed in the app.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation. At that point, the order becomes binding.
Goso is not responsible for delays or mistakes caused by incorrect user information.
You can pay by cash on delivery or via integrated online payment options (if available).
All prices include applicable delivery fees and taxes unless stated otherwise.
Goso reserves the right to update prices at any time.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time, but delays may occur.
You must be present at the provided address to receive your order.
If the delivery fails due to user absence or wrong address, the order may be canceled without refund.
Orders can only be canceled before the restaurant or store starts preparation.
Refunds are only issued for undelivered, incorrect, or damaged items, subject to verification.
To request a refund, contact Goso support via the app or email.
You agree not to:
Misuse the app or disrupt its services.
Use false identities or impersonate others.
Engage in behavior that is abusive toward couriers, restaurant staff, or customer service.
Goso is a delivery intermediary. Product quality is the responsibility of the restaurant or seller.
We are not liable for:
Food poisoning or product-related issues.
Delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or system errors.

Goso may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify users through the app or email. Continued use means you accept the changes.
